This in-person role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused healthcare environment and enjoys keeping an office running smoothly. What You'll Do Provide exceptional, confidential support to clients and clinicians Answer phones, manage appointments, and maintain accurate client records Greet clients and create a calm, welcoming office environment Enter client and insurance information, collect payments, and assist with forms Coordinate daily office operations, supplies, and reception area upkeep Communicate professionally with clients, families, and healthcare providers What We're Looking For 2+ years of administrative and customer service experience High school diploma required; college degree preferred Strong Microsoft Office and web-based software skills Ability to work independently, multitask, and stay highly organized Availability to work until 7:00 PM, four evenings per week (office closed on Fridays) Preferred Experience Medical or healthcare office administration Strong time management and interpersonal skills Calm, professional handling of sensitive or challenging situations Why Join Us Full Time Health Insurance benefits available Pay starting at $35,000 commensurate with experience Paid time off Opportunity for bonuses and performance-based raises Supportive, client-centered work environment If you're dependable, personable, and motivated to make a meaningful impact in a mental health setting, we'd love to hear from you.
