• Play an active role in helping both your store and your customer win.

• Essential skills and experience:
• + Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store's needs + Strong customer service experience + Demonstrated ability to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs + Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment + Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner + Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information + Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously + Preferred but not required: experience selling products or services Staples does not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
