Augusta, Georgia Position Summary 1st Choice Americare is seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable Administrative Coordinator to support the daily operations of our growing home care agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is comfortable assisting with scheduling, caregiver support, client communication, and office administration. The Administrative Coordinator will assist leadership with operational coordination, Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) monitoring, onboarding support, and general office functions to help ensure quality care services are delivered efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will either have experience with or be willing to learn the WellSky EVV system and home care operational processes. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist clients, caregivers, and visitors professionally Support caregiver scheduling and staffing coordination Assist with monitoring caregiver attendance and EVV compliance Learn and utilize the WellSky EVV system for daily operations Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee file maintenance Maintain organized client and employee records Support office operations including email communication, filing, and reporting Assist leadership with administrative and operational tasks Coordinate communication between caregivers, clients, and management Help maintain professionalism, organization, and efficiency within the office Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and email Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Ability to learn new software systems including WellSky EVV Professional demeanor and dependable attendance Healthcare or home care experience preferred, but not required Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare administration, staffing, scheduling, or customer service Familiarity with EVV systems or home care operations Experience working in an office or healthcare support role Growth Opportunity This position is designed to grow with the company and may expand into increased leadership and operational responsibilities as the agency continues to grow.
