This position plays a key role in keeping office operations organized and ensuring smooth coordination between departments, vendors, HOAs, and internal teams.Responsibilities:
Coordinate and assist with setting up new Homeowners Associations (HOAs) Serve as the primary point of contact for HOA communications and follow-up Assist the purchasing department with collecting vendor bids and pricing information for budgeting purposes Organize, maintain, and update contract paperwork and construction documentation Manage and track spec levels, selections, and related files Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and properly filed Work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative to manage daily responsibilities efficiently Support office staff with general administrative duties as needed Maintain organized records and assist with scheduling, communication, and reportingQualifications:
Previous administrative experience preferred Experience working in an office environment within new residential construction is required Purchasing experience is a plus Experience in real estate, or HOA coordination is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office software Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skillsWhat We Offer:
