Job Summary:

The Estimating Coordinator is responsible for assisting in project coordination, recording insurance information of responsible parties, and assisting with subcontractor and supplier relations.

Job Responsibilities:

Securing subcontractor and supplier pricing. Prepare and submit estimates with subcontractor and supplier pricing. Outreach to insurance companies of responsible parties to obtain insurance information for claim identification. Record responsible parties' insurance information with high accuracy and detail regarding accident recovery projects. Assist with project coordination. Estimating and generating itemizations for insurers. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational and planning skills. Previous experience working with insurance companies, subcontractors, and material suppliers. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong record-keeping skills. Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Strong adaptability skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
