Job Description

Ingios Geotechnics, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Boone, Iowa. This key role will handle a wide range of administrative functions to keep our operations running smoothly. The position is expected to grow over time as the company continues to expand, with opportunities for increased responsibility for the right candidate. We are a geotechnology innovation company transforming the civil engineering industry with cutting-edge technologies and solutions. Our mission is to challenge conventional practices and drive change—one site, one structure, and one technology at a time. At Ingios, we develop and commercialize proprietary and patented technologies, including Automated Plate Load Testing (APLT) systems, Integrated Mobile Accelerated Testing System (IMAS), and COMP-Score RT, along with advanced e-Construction software tools that provide real-time construction monitoring solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide clear and professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal team members Process employee expenses and company credit cards Perform minor accounting functions such as AP/AR, data entry and filing Schedule drug screenings and maintain employee records Coordinate client visits, meetings, conferences, and seminars Support routine compliance documentation Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure a clean, organized workspace Provide general administrative support to office and field staff This job description is not exhaustive and may evolve over time Qualifications Associate or bachelor's Degree (may be substituted with 5+ years administrative experience) 2+ years of administrative experience (preferred but not required) Strong written and verbal business communication skills Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Strong mathematical and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and spreadsheet management Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks/deadlines Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Associate or bachelor's Degree Experience assisting with billing or budgeting (preferred) Compensation and Benefits $25-$30 per hour , depending on experience 3 weeks vacation, 2 weeks sick leave and 12 paid holidays Company paid health insurance 401(k) with company match Company paid life and disability insurance Annual bonus eligibility

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
