Job Description

Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This role serves as a key point of coordination across departments, helping manage administrative tasks, support leadership, and maintain efficient workflows. Key Responsibilities + Coordinate and manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management + Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external vendors + Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics (conference rooms, materials, travel, etc.) + Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and internal communications + Track and manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships + Assist with onboarding processes, including coordinating paperwork and new hire logistics + Support data entry, filing, and recordkeeping to ensure accuracy and compliance + Help streamline processes and improve administrative efficiencies across departments + Provide general administrative support to leadership and team members as needed Requirements Qualifications + 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, or related experience + Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) + High attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Customer service mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
