The administrative coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.
Responsibilities may include:
Reception duties including greeting clients and directing calls Scheduling meetings Ordering and maintaining office supplies Preparing and organizing client documents If you're a team player with a commitment to excellence and a knack for keeping things running smoothly, this position may be for you!
Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent position-related training Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
