The part-time Administrative Coordinator will provide front-office, administrative, and customer service support for a busy architecture and engineering office. The ideal candidate will be polished and personable, comfortable working with clients and contractors, and able to take initiative while supporting day-to-day office operations. Apply now!
Work Model:
- On-Site Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00
PM What You Will Do:
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including phone calls, visitors, and client/contractor support
- Handle mail, packages, office supplies, and general workplace organization
- Support meetings, office events, employee needs, and day-to-day administrative tasks
