Full-Time About Us Hope Center Clinic is a growing behavioral health agency providing therapy, case management, CBRS, peer support, youth support, and family support services throughout Idaho. Better Choice Care is our affiliated home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality in-home care to individuals in our community. We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support operations at both organizations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced healthcare environment, takes initiative, and wants to play an important role in keeping two growing agencies running efficiently. Position Summary This is not an entry-level administrative position. We are looking for an experienced healthcare administrator who can confidently manage multiple responsibilities while providing support to leadership, providers, caregivers, and office staff. The Senior Administrative Coordinator will work between Hope Center Clinic and Better Choice Care, assisting with daily operations, compliance, scheduling, employee onboarding, client services, and administrative projects. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a behavioral health agency, medical clinic, healthcare office, or similar healthcare setting Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities High level of professionalism and confidentiality Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to learn electronic health record (EHR) systems and scheduling software Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Previous home care administrative experience Experience with Medicaid or health insurance processes Experience with employee onboarding and personnel files Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and healthcare compliance Experience working with multiple departments simultaneously Responsibilities Provide administrative support for both Hope Center Clinic and Better Choice Care Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service Schedule appointments and assist with provider and caregiver scheduling Maintain client and employee records Assist with onboarding new employees Track required documentation, certifications, and deadlines Support compliance efforts and internal audits Prepare reports, forms, and other administrative documents Coordinate communication between leadership, providers, caregivers, and office staff Assist with office organization and daily operations Complete additional administrative projects as assigned What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Is dependable and takes initiative Thrives in a busy healthcare environment Pays close attention to detail Learns new systems quickly Works well independently and as part of a team Has excellent problem-solving skills Maintains professionalism in all interactions Can effectively balance priorities between two healthcare organizations Why Join Our Team? Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year in a healthcare, clinic, or behavioral health administrative role. Home care administrative experience is strongly preferred.
