What You'll Do Coordinate installation, service, and sales schedules Process payroll, invoices, payments, deposits, and collections Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash Support inventory control and vendor orders Handle customer inquiries and service requests Maintain accurate records and update company systems Partner with the Branch Leader to keep daily operations running smoothly What We're Looking For Administrative or office support experience Experience with payroll, scheduling, AP/AR, collections, or related functions Strong organization and prioritization skills High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfortable using multiple computer systems and software applications Team-oriented with a positive, resourceful approach Why Bath Fitter?
