at Department of Children and Family Services in Springfield, Illinois, United States Job Description Agency Statement & Essential Functions The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as Production Control Unit Supervisor. This position provides a great opportunity for someone who is focused on ensuring that supportive functions and processes are fulfilled in an efficient, effective manner to provide the best possible service. We invite you to join our innovative team to help make a positive difference in the lives of the children and families of Illinois. Serves as Production Control Unit Supervisor. Serves as working Supervisor of a twenty-four hour a day, seven day per week operation. Manages second reviews of cases from mandated reporters and serves as a backup to the Administrator for processing appeal outcomes. Serves as the Support Services Coordinator for the State Central Register. Develops improved techniques for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data for utilization in the assessment of program goals and objectives. Reviews and evaluates proposed program modifications.
