Job Description

Cardinal Glass is a management-owned S-Corporation leading the industry inthe development of residential glass for windows and doors. Position Summary The Administrative Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to the Plant Manager, Plant Superintendent, and Sales Manager, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and effective communication across the organization. This role requires discretion, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents Serve as a primary point of contact between front office senior managers and internal/external stakeholders Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Assist with project coordination and administrative support for company initiatives Manage expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking as needed Support event planning, including company meetings, and executive events Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Verify purchase orders, receipts, and invoice details for accuracy. Communicate with vendors on billing discrepancies. Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and reorder as needed. Maintain organized and efficient office environment Qualifications 5-7+ years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leadership Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail High School Diploma Key Competencies Professionalism and confidentiality Initiative and proactive mindset Multitasking and prioritization Strong interpersonal skills Adaptability in a dynamic environment Work Environment Office - Requires a combination of sitting, standing and using hands for keyboarding, with light lifting occasionally. $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
