Rayburn Correctional Center is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator 2 - WAE. Processes routine paperwork and/or enters data into a department log or database in the servicing of a client. Prepares, indexes, and scans documents into imaging system; may ensure quality of scanned images. Receives, stores, and distributes supplies; maintains inventory of such. Maintains department's records system, including filing and retrieving documents, researching files, etc. Serves as receptionist for the assigned work unit. May deliver and pick-up various materials.Position-Specific Details:
