In this role, you'll keep Executive Administration organized and running smoothly while taking on a variety of important responsibilities, including purchasing, agency credit card management, time administration, petty cash, and front-desk reception. EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience. The official job specifications for this role, as defined by the State Civil Service, can be found here .
Job Duties:
Provides administrative support functions for Executive Administration. Performs complex duties that require independent judgment, which includes the following: purchasing responsibilities; agency credit card holder duties; primary time administrator; petty cash custodian. Serves as the main receptionist at the front desk of the Executive Administration office.

Compensation:
The salary range for the position is below. Administrative Coordinator 4: $15.76/hour minimum - $27.01/hour maximum Salary may be negotiable depending on the chosen applicant's level of experience. Note regarding the advertised pay range: The maximum amount listed is the maximum salary a person can make while in this title and NOT the maximum amount we are allowed to pay a new hire.
