We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator 4 to join our team. This position provides high-level administrative and operational support for the Student Success Center and serves as the primary coordinator for daily front-desk operations. This role ensures an efficient, welcoming, and student-centered advising environment by managing student intake and triage, responding to inquiries, supervising student workers, and coordinating administrative processes that support advising, student success, and retention efforts. An ideal candidate should possess the following competencies:

 The ability to uphold workplace standards through consistent conduct, responsible communication, and consideration for others. Minimum Qualifications Three years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION

Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties:
Schedules advising appointments and coordinates walk-in advising support. Coordinates room reservations, meeting logistics, and space requests for advising sessions, workshops, and student success events. Adheres to college policies, procedures, and customer service standards at all times. Supports student success and retention efforts by ensuring students receive timely access to advising and support services. Supervises, trains, schedules, and provides daily direction to student workers assigned to the Student Success Center.
