EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION

Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties:
Conducts applicant interviews and screenings to determine programmatic and financial eligibility for public health services in compliance with federal and state regulations Maintains strict confidentiality while accurately documenting client information for billing, reporting, and program integrity using EHR systems Educates clients on available services, program requirements, and next steps to ensure access to appropriate public health resources Collects and processes fees, ensuring proper documentation and financial accountability Provides WIC program support by scheduling appointments, assisting clients in person and by phone, maintaining participant records, issuing benefits, and delivering basic nutrition education Supports outreach efforts to promote program participation and community awareness of available services Performs administrative duties, including managing appointments, supplies, correspondence, safeguarding sensitive data, and serving as backup for vital records processing as needed
