Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience. The official job specifications for this role, as defined by the State Civil Service, can be found here .Job Duties:
Serve as clinic operator/receptionist within ImCal's satellite clinics. Receive, sort, and distribute mail. Operate and maintain various office equipment such as copy machine, calculator, fax machine, computers, laptop computers, projector, cameras, etc. Conduct initial screenings and process referrals for clinic services. Schedule, confirm, cancel and reschedule clinical appointments for all providers by phone and/or mail.Position-Specific Details:

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.Compensation:
