Our client is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations by maintaining accurate records, processing information, and serving as a point of contact for customers and internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of data entry, administrative support, and customer interaction. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and takes pride in providing accurate work while delivering excellent service. What You'll Do Enter, update, and maintain customer, project, and operational data in company systems. Review documentation and records for accuracy and completeness. Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments via phone and email. Assist with order processing, account updates, and information requests. Track and maintain electronic and physical records. Generate reports and provide administrative support to various departments. Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and missing information. Support general office operations, including filing, documentation, and special projects. Provide professional and timely customer service while ensuring information is updated accurately. What We're Looking For Previous experience in an administrative, office support, customer service, or data entry role. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and data entry systems. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Comfortable speaking with customers and handling inquiries professionally. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
