Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative/Admissions Coordinator to join our team at Royal Health Care Institute, a leading CNA training institution. This part-time position is based at our Lowell campus and consists of 24 hours per week over a 3-day schedule. In this role, you will work closely with our Director of Admissions to support prospective students through the enrollment process, assist with daily administrative operations, and help promote our CNA Training Program. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Greet and assist prospective students, current students, instructors, and visitors Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide general program information Order supplies, manage inventory, and ensure the office and classroom are well-organized and inviting
Admissions Duties:
Guide prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process Interview prospective students on campus and assess their fit for the program Follow up with inquiries and maintain communication with prospective students Guide prospective students through the application process and explain all required enrollment documentation
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred Previous experience in administrative support, admissions, customer service, or office coordination preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer systems Professional, positive, and customer-service-oriented attitude Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
