Administrative Coordinator-Temp to Hire Gaithersburg, MD | Full-Time |
On-Site Pay:
$20.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30
PM Summer Hours:
Fridays end at 2:30 PM through

Free parking, comprehensive benefits package once hired on permanently A well-established professional services firm is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support HR, office operations, accounts payable, and front desk functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable, long-term position in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee communications Support accounts payable, expense reports, and administrative records Answer phones, welcome visitors, and manage mail and deliveries Coordinate meetings, employee events, and special projects Provide administrative support to leadership and office staff
Qualifications:
