Position Summary Administrative Coordinator to support the daily operations of our home care office. This role ensures the smooth coordination of administrative processes, caregiver support, and communication between staff, clients, and leadership. Essential Job Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for internal staff, caregivers, and client families Coordinate caregiver schedules, shift coverage, and respond to availability or change requests Assist with new hire onboarding, including interview scheduling, reference checks, and orientation support Maintain and update electronic and paper filing systems, for example, client and caregiver records, and compliance documentation Track and manage caregiver PTO requests, availability updates, and shift adjustments Support billing preparation Monitor and prepare office supply orders. Prepare and edit correspondence, internal communications, and reports Assist leadership with meeting scheduling and calendar management Support the hiring processes. Support company initiatives around quality improvement and compliance tracking Communicate with clients, referral partners, and vendors to support care coordination Participate in team meetings and staff development initiatives Manage the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms) by posting updates, promoting events, and engaging with followers Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma required. College degree / matriculation toward College degree preferred Administrative experience Excellen verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage tasks and prioritize, work independently, handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and be results oriented. Physical/Environmental Demands This is primarily an in-office role requiring extended computer use, telephone communication, and occasional light lifting of office supplies or files.
