Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00
PM Starting Wage:
$25-$28/ Hour (depending on experience) Logix is a growing solar and HVAC company serving Maine, and we're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Business Support Administrator . About the Role The Business Support Administrator plays a key role in keeping our projects moving from scheduling through completion. Working closely with our Sales, Service, and Operations teams, this position handles permitting and compliance documentation, rebate and incentive processing, utility interconnection applications, customer communication, and general administrative support. What You'll Do Coordinate and process permits for solar and HVAC installations, including applications, inspections, and compliance documentation Process rebate and utility incentive applications, track submission status, and communicate timelines to customers and internal teams Manage utility interconnection applications and documentation, including final Permission to Operate (PTO) processing Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding project status, scheduling, permits, and rebates Maintain accurate project records and documentation in our project management system Review completed job packets, submit equipment warranties, and generate project status reports Support Sales, Service, and Operations teams with administrative needs and cross-departmental coordination What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; two years of college or equivalent work experience preferred 2+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or customer service Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive); experience with Monday.com or similar platforms strongly preferred Professional communication skills by phone, email, and in person Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and with good judgment Valid Driver's License and ability to meet company insurance driving requirements Experience with permitting, rebate programs, or utility interconnection processes is a plus Background in construction, solar, or HVAC is a plus but not required
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
In-Person You'll work primarily in an office setting and should be comfortable working in an open, communal space environment with a lot of activity going on around you. The role requires the ability to sit/stand at a desk, use a computer for extended periods, answer phones, and perform daily light cleaning of common areas and trash removal.
