Corporate Cleaning Group is a growing commercial cleaning company with personality?and we?re looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who brings good energy, enjoys variety, and isn?t afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.
What You Will Be Doing:
The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various duties at our main office, including but not limited to the following: Answer incoming phone calls and emails for the Corporate Office. Maintain office supply/stock levels for running daily office operations. Support office staff and off-site managers Sort and process all incoming mail. Monitor and order parts/supplies as requested by Management team members. Fulfil orders and manage shipping of supplies through USPS, UPS or Fedex. Complete proposal documents Assist with hiring staff including scheduling interviews, completing background checks, and onboarding new hires. Prepare, edit, and distribute reports to management. Preparing various documents utilizing Microsoft Office Suite software Some of the attributes that we are looking for in this position include: 1-2 years minimum experience in office oversight duties is required. Ability to self-direct and recognize needs of the office and staff as they arise. Proficient in using MS Office suite Personable and energetic, with a great phone presence. Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow written and oral directives effectively. Exceptional written and oral communication.
