Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative & Order Processing Coordinator to support daily office operations, order management, and accounting functions. This role is responsible for accurately entering customer orders, coordinating with the warehouse, handling invoicing and deposits, and assisting with accounts receivable and payable tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter customer orders accurately into the system Calculate shipping costs and ensure proper documentation Prepare and process orders for warehouse picking and fulfillment Generate and send customer invoices in a timely manner Record and process customer deposits Monitor and follow up on outstanding or slow-paying accounts Prepare customer statements and maintain account records Assist with accounts payable, including invoice entry and payment processing Perform general administrative and office support duties (filing, data entry, communication, etc.) Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction Assist with
Inventory Control Qualifications:
Previous experience in order entry, administrative support, or accounting preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic understanding of accounting principles (accounts receivable/payable) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and/or ERP systems Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and follow-up skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:
Office-based role with regular interaction with warehouse and accounting teams
Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
