Job Description

  • Job Description:
  • In this role you will be responsible for administrative oversight of patient care provided for patients in the facility using the policies and procedures of Essentia Health.
Responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. You will be able to contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state and local regulatory or accrediting agencies. This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys thinking critically, collaborating across disciplines, and building meaningful connections with patients beyond the bedside.
  • Education Qualifications:

  • What You'll Need to Be Successful
  • + At least 2 years of acute care RN experience + Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) + Active RN license in your state of employment + BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 1 month)
