We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support a statewide Parenting Program. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate program data, supporting leadership staff, and ensuring smooth administrative and operational functions across the program.
Your Role:
Deliver high-quality administrative support to the Director, and parenting team with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. Oversee all meeting logistics, including securing and paying for off-site venues, scheduling on-site rooms, and ensuring spaces are fully prepared before meetings and restored afterward. Review and verify data entered into electronic client records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Follow up as needed to confirm proper documentation is entered for submission to funder databases. Assist the Parenting Leadership Team with meeting minutes, data entry, scheduling, research, and preparation of program reports, as well as assembling staff materials, updating marketing content, and maintaining accurate, organized records to support program operations. Collaborate with administrative coordinators to develop and improve standard work processes, identify opportunities for efficiency, and resolve administrative issues by analyzing information and communicating effective solutions. Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of relevant experience. Associates degree in a business, or secretarial field preferred. Practical knowledge of office computer programs, including Word & Excel.
