Job Description

Commercial Vehicle Administrative Coordinator Position Summary:
The Commercial Vehicle Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to help ensure efficient, compliant commercial vehicle operations. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working effectively with individuals across a broad range of personalities and communication styles. It also offers the opportunity to build foundational experience, making it a strong fit for a candidate who is eager to learn, willing to be trained, and interested in growing within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and current vehicle compliance records and documentation Assist with a variety of administrative and operational support tasks to help ensure day-to-day efficiency across operations Track and manage regulatory deadlines related to vehicle titling and registration Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems, including Fleetio and Spectrum Coordinate requests and communicate effectively with internal teams Research and resolve discrepancies through careful review and consistent follow-through Required Skills & Attributes Professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members, drivers, vendors, and internal stakeholders Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills A proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to follow through and resolve issues to completion Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong data literacy with the ability to accurately enter, review, and interpret data Experience & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Prior maintenance or repair experience is helpful, but not required Familiarity with commercial vehicle titling and registration requirements in Arkansas and Missouri is preferred, but not required

This position may be located in Memphis, TN; Columbia, MO; Washington, MO; Jonesboro, AR; or West Memphis, AR.
