This position plays a key role in keeping our businesses organized, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting management with a variety of administrative and bookkeeping responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting multiple businesses and departments under common ownership Answering and responding to emails Assisting with customer and vendor communications Entering transactions and maintaining records in QuickBooks Processing invoices and bills through Bill.com Assisting with bookkeeping and account reconciliations Filing and organizing electronic documents Assisting with payroll processing and employee paperwork Maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and business records Scheduling and calendar management Ordering office and business supplies Supporting management with special projects General administrative duties Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and time-management skills Professional written and verbal communication skills Strong computer proficiency Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with QuickBooks, Bill.com, bookkeeping, or administrative support is preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities across different businesses

The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and adaptable. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, is comfortable working with financial and administrative information, and takes pride in keeping operations organized and running efficiently. No two days are exactly the same, and the successful candidate will be willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
Hours:
30-40 hours per week
Compensation:
$18-$25 per hour, depending on experience
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
