Job Description

Job Summary:
Supports Physicians/Providers and teammates employed by CHV. Manages CVPSL clinic's (CHV and CPM) provider's calendars/time by preparing and distributing templates and schedules. Responsible for office supply inventory management. Works in collaboration with the Practice Administrator and CHV supervisors and providers. Coordinates safe patient care and daily clinic operations consistent with the corporate, division, and departmental mission, vision, and values. Provides day to day clerical support to the Physicians, Staff and other members of the health care team to provide quality patient care. Management of business-related tasks for the provider team such as creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, taking minutes, tracking NPPD and CME, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent with two years of medical office experience. Understanding of HIPAA compliance. Previous experience in similar job role is preferred. Able to deal tactfully with all levels of staff, patients, physicians, ancillary professionals, and families. Must have experience with Epic as well as other various software, including Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software utilized at CaroMont. Detailed and fast at solving problems.
