This position leads a team of Family Support Workers who supervise visits between parents and children and provide education and assistance with enhancing parenting skills. Jenda is focused on always doing what is right for the families we serve and this position is vital to meeting that goal.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex, fluid schedules and responsibilities to ensure all families are served and all staff assigned effectively. Manage workloads of staff to ensure families receive timely, exceptional services every day. Lead, mentor, guide and support staff to ensure families receive the best service possible. Ensure accurate, timely staff documentation and communication to ensure family efforts are clear and known to stakeholders, judges, caseworkers, the families, and other professionals Review and act on internal and external data, research, and tools to ensure staff have the information and knowledge to provide exceptional services to families. Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, focusing on efficiency and quality to provide staff the best opportunity to provide exceptional services to families. Uphold Jenda's mission by ensuring that we do what's best for families every day. Offer ongoing training and development to staff to enhance their service delivery effectiveness, so they are able to provide exceptional services to families. Partner and collaborate with external professionals (e.g., DHHS, probation officers, family services) to enhance the ability of all team members to do what's best for families.
Job Type:
Full-time Starting wage: $52,500 per year depending on experience

Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred) A Bachelor's Degree is preferred for this position but not required. At least 1 year of child welfare experience is required. Excellent pay with experience considered. Jenda is excited to have the opportunity to grow and expand our services. Come be a part of our team!
