8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday Position Summary Join our dynamic merchandising and pricing team as an Administrative Coordinator! If you have a passion for accuracy, organization, and working with data in a fast-paced environment, this is the ideal role for you. Key Responsibilities Maintain customer pricing, product, and vendor information in company systems Review and update reports and spreadsheets for pricing and billing accuracy Communicate pricing updates and product information with customers, vendors, and internal teams Monitor and track new items, projects, and deadlines using spreadsheets and reporting tools Research and resolve pricing discrepancies and data issues efficiently Assist with weekly reporting, billing reviews, and other administrative support tasks Support merchandising projects and business initiatives as needed Qualifications Exceptional organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, data entry, accounting support, or as a coordinator is a plus If you're a proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative, detail-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you!
