What You'll Be Doing:
MAIN FUNCTIONS
The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for the clinical supervision of patient care and represents hospital management on the assigned shift to ensure the delivery of quality patient care.
WORKING CONDITIONS/HAZARDS
Exposure to communicable diseases, blood and blood products,illness, confused and/or combative patients, hazardous chemicals, stressful situations, x-rays and fluoroscopy, sharp instruments and needles, electricity.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Includes standing, walking, lifting patients, pushing wheelchairs, recliner chairs, beds, stretchers. Occasionally must stoop, reach above head, carry medium to light equipment.

Administrators, Physicians, Department Heads, Hospital Staff, Patients, Families and Visitors.
SUPERVISES
All members of Nursing Staff on
Assigned Shift What We're Looking For:
EDUCATION
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's degree; Masters preferred.
EXPERIENCE
At least five years clinical experience, including at least one year supervisory experience.
LICENSURE/QUALIFICATIONS
Current license to practice professional nursing in NJ. CPR certification as per Hospital policy; IV certification as per Hospital policy. ACLS required,( or within 6 months of employment). Certification in Nursing Administration preferred
