Job Description

Job Summary Follow up consistently with Monitor active construction projects to identify upcoming closeout needs and timelines Coordinate with Project Managers to determine closeout package requirements and delivery methods Create and maintain project closeout logs and document tracking systems Prepare closeout templates including Certificates of Final Completion and Guarantee to Owner forms Communicate directly with subcontractors regarding required closeout documentation subcontractors and internal teams to ensure timely submission of required materials Review submitted documentation for completeness and accuracy before PM review Assist with preparation of electronic and physical closeout packages, including binders when required Qualifications Minimum Associate Degree required Experience working for a general contractor, subcontractor, or construction-related trade preferred Understanding of construction contracts, specifications, and submittals preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite Ability to learn construction management software such as

$55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
