About the
Role:
Stress Care of New Jersey is an integrated behavioral health center, providing all levels of Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient, Case Management, and Medication Management services. The Front Desk Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our health care services facility. This position is responsible for overseeing daily administrative functions, managing office staff, and ensuring compliance with health care regulations. The Front Desk Supervisor will coordinate communication between departments, facilitate patient scheduling, and maintain accurate records to support efficient service delivery. By implementing effective office procedures and fostering a positive work environment, the Front Desk Supervisor will enhance team productivity and patient satisfaction. Ultimately, this role is vital in creating a well-organized and efficient office that supports our mission of providing high-quality health care services.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role. Strong knowledge of applicable computer software and office management tools. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Healthcare experience required Experience supervising a multidisciplinary team required Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards required Certification in office management or administrative support, a plus
Main Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of office staff to ensure efficient workflow. Manage scheduling and appointment systems to optimize patient care and office operations. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with health care regulations. Implement and improve office procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
More Information:
3 days 9:00am-5:00pm and 2 days 1:00pm-9:00pm Rotating Saturday (scheduled every 4-6 weeks) Benefits eligible after 30 days
