Full Job Description Introduction:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and handling a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars and schedules for the team, including coordinating meetings and appointments Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner Greet and assist visitors and clients Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages File and maintain electronic and hard copy documents Assist with event planning and coordination Perform light office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining equipment Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and email Excellent organization and time management skills Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
