We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our back-office operations and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with customer interaction and operational support. Position Summary The Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in supporting customer engagement and assisting multiple departments within the organization. This individual will help ensure smooth daily operations through administrative support in Accounts Receivable (A/R), purchasing, contract management, and customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Service Serve as a professional and friendly point of contact for customers Assist with inbound customer communication via phone and email Support customer follow-up and issue resolution Help maintain positive client relationships through timely communication and support Coordinate internally with sales, service, and administrative teams to ensure customer satisfaction Accounts Receivable (A/R) Support Assist with customer invoicing and payment follow-up Support collections efforts in a professional and customer-friendly manner Maintain accurate customer account records Help resolve billing discrepancies and customer account questions Purchasing & Administrative Support Assist with purchasing processes and vendor coordination Support inventory and supply ordering activities Help track purchase orders and vendor communications Provide general administrative support to leadership and operational teams Contract Management Support Assist with maintaining customer contracts and documentation Support contract renewals, updates, and filing organization Help ensure customer records and agreements are accurate and up to date Coordinate administrative tasks related to service agreements and billing records Qualifications Previous administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional and customer-focused demeanor Strong attention to detail and follow-through Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Experience with ERP, CRM, or billing systems is a plus Preferred Traits Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to adapt in a growing company environment Strong problem-solving skills Reliable, organized, and accountable Comfortable working across multiple departments What We Offer Opportunity for growth within a dynamic organization Collaborative and supportive team culture Professional development opportunities Competitive compensation based on experience Meaningful work supporting customers and business operationsPay:
