Our client, a real estate management organization, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm What's the Job? Managing the front desk and greeting visitors, tenants, and clients professionally Handling walk-ins and directing them appropriately Collecting rent checks and posting payments to tenant accounts accurately Performing various administrative tasks alongside team member Zishe Sorting mail, answering phones, and managing general office duties efficiently What's Needed? Previous office or administrative experience preferred Trustworthy and dependable with strong organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus but not required What's in it for me?
