Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Bohemia, New York. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for the service team, ensuring all commitments are met efficiently.
- Perform accurate data entry to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
- Manage and oversee electronic filing systems to ensure accessibility and compliance.
- Provide administrative support to a service team of four, including the service manager.
- Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing inquiries and routing calls appropriately.
- Maintain calendars and schedules, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and events.
- Assist in organizing and prioritizing tasks to support team operations.
- Uphold a business casual environment while fostering a collaborative and productive workspace.
