Full-Time | Direct HirePosition SummaryWe are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Quality Systems & Administrative Coordinator to support our operations team in Garden City. In this dual-function role, you will maintain quality management system (QMS) records, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, coordinate internal quality audits, and provide administrative support to executive and operations staff.
Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Systems Coordination:
Maintain and organize digital/physical QMS files, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control logs. Track, log, and route Corrective Action / Preventive Action (CAPA) reports and customer complaints. Coordinate schedule, document findings, and archive records for internal and external quality audits. Assist in generating weekly/monthly quality metrics and key performance indicator (KPI) reports for leadership.
Administrative Support:
Manage front-desk reception, incoming calls, and vendor/visitor check-ins. Support document formatting, data entry, report compilation, and meeting agenda preparation. Order and maintain inventory for office and facility supplies. Coordinate interdepartmental scheduling, training sessions, and travel accommodations.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
2+ years of administrative support or quality control/coordination experience in a corporate or manufacturing setting.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with ERP or Quality Data Management systems.
Quality Knowledge:
General understanding of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) or Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail, verbal/written communication, and solid time-management abilities salary: $25•$30 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7:30 AM•4
