Job Description
We are a growing professional services firm located in the heart of Flushing. We are seeking a reliable, full-time Administrative Coordinator to keep our office running seamlessly. The position requires multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who appreciates the flexibility of working independently and easily adapts to the working environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, answering phone with professional etiquette, and directing inquiries Draft and complete letters, memos and other documents Review, summarize, and extract information from documents/records and transcribe data into Word templates Maintain physical and digital filing systems to keep operations seamless Handle incoming and outgoing letters, packages and deliveries Perform general administrative tasks, including copying, scanning, faxing, labeling, supplies inventory and ordering, etc. Set up, organize and tidy conference room for meetings Support client communication through phone calls, text messaging systems, emails, and written correspondence; assist with customer support inquiries to ensure accurate and meaningful communications
Qualifications and Skills:
Native or professional-level English fluency is a must Bilingual (English/Chinese) abilities are a plus U.S. College degree is required Punctual, organized, reliable and detail-oriented, with strong time management and multi-tasking abilities Positive and friendly disposition is a must Proficiency in Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Medical knowledge/medical office experience is a plus, but not required Join us in this in-person role where your organizational talents will drive a productive office environment! $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
