Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal team members and external clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively.
- Manage administrative tasks such as mailing, scanning, faxing, and data entry to ensure seamless operations.
- Process and monitor forms and documents using relevant systems to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with accounts receivable processes by auditing service authorizations and facilitating necessary corrections.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate workflow and maintain productivity.
- Communicate clearly and effectively to support team objectives and client satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements, organizational standards, and established procedures.
- Utilize intermediate computer skills to manage digital files and administrative tools efficiently.
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing development to enhance job performance.
