Job Description

Our client is currently seeking or in need of an Inventory Administrative Coordinator in Nanuet, New York , for a full-time opportunity supporting daily shipping, inventory, and order-processing operations. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters. The right candidate will play an important role in helping orders move smoothly from processing to fulfillment while keeping records, labels, and reports up to date. This role offers steady weekday hours, competitive pay, and the chance to contribute to a team that relies on precision, consistency, and strong administrative support.
The Day-to-Day:
Process daily orders in ShipStation using pre-set filters and shipping presets Generate and print shipping labels, pallet tags, and batch QR codes Sort, organize, and prepare printed batches for warehouse fulfillment Print pick reports and compare them against order reports to ensure accuracy Assist with inventory updates and product entries in Fishbowl as directed Complete weekly inventory cycle counts Print, organize, and manage inventory and location labels Update and maintain outbound shipment logs Process replacement claim orders and reprint labels as needed Support address correction updates and reprocess corrected orders Maintain clean, orderly workstations used for labeling and batch preparation
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year of experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or order processing Experience using shipping systems or inventory management systems Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow step-by-step instructions Comfortable handling repetitive tasks in a high-volume setting Basic computer skills, including Excel, Google Sheets, data entry, and system navigation
Pay Rate:
$21.00 to $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
