Job Summary:
The Senior Administrative Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to the administrative office for the Faculty Practice Plan. This role requires consistent exercise of considerable initiative, independent judgment, and discretion to coordinate a wide range of complex administrative activities. The incumbent manages multiple priorities simultaneously, independently assessing urgency and determining appropriate courses of action to ensure efficient operations. Key responsibilities include supporting planning and scheduling activities; assisting with contracts, invoices, and insurance renewals; preparing and maintaining documents and reports; and providing administrative support for Board-related functions. In addition, the Senior Administrative Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for the office, fostering effective communication and collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external partners. The role is critical to maintaining organizational efficiency and supporting the strategic and operational objectives of the Faculty Practice Plan. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field and 3 years related experience. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and prioritize competing responsibilities Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and reports Ability to adapt to changing priorities, regulations, and processes while maintaining high-quality work and meeting deadlines Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels Experience using Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools is preferred
