What You'll Bring to Our Team A service-driven, 5-star mindset with every patient interaction A warm, confident, and professional presence—both in person and on the phone Strong verbal and written communication skills Previous dental office experience in managing doctor and hygiene schedules ( required ) Experience with dental benefit plans and supporting patients with financial questions Understanding the basics of the business of dentistry Experience with Open Dental (or similar systems) Excellent time management and the ability to stay organized in a busy environment A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow This is a 4-day position with the following hours:
Monday:
7:00 AM
  • 5:30
PM Tuesday:
7:00 AM
  • 5:30
PM Thursday:
9:00 AM
  • 5:30
PM Friday:
7:00 AM
