Administrative Coordinator Top Advantage Surfaces | Hartville, OH About Top Advantage Surfaces Top Advantage Surfaces has been in business since 1994 and joined the HRM Enterprises family of companies in 2006. You may have seen our work in stadiums for the Buckeyes, Browns, Guardians, Steelers, and Pirates. We are a leading installer of Cambria American-made quartz, serving customers from Cincinnati to Cleveland and into western Pennsylvania. We support a network of over 500 builders, remodelers, and kitchen and bath dealers through our showrooms in Hartville, Columbus, and Cranberry Township, PA. Our team takes pride in delivering high-quality products, great service, and working together to get the job done right. Position Summary We are hiring an Administrative Coordinator to support daily business operations, including accounting support, purchasing coordination, inventory tracking, invoicing, and general office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment where accuracy and follow-through matter. Responsibilities Accounting Support (AR/AP) Assist with accounts receivable and collections Support purchase order process for accounts payable Assist with monthly financial review and reporting Record and process payments and transactions Purchasing & Inventory Support Assist with purchasing materials and inventory Help departments maintain accurate inventory records Complete physical inventory counts as needed Ensure materials are allocated to the correct jobs Invoicing & Billing Complete customer invoicing accurately and on time Send monthly billing statements Maintain organized billing and payment records Administrative & Office Support Assist with estimates as needed Provide administrative support to office and operations teams Help keep office processes organized and running smoothly Assist with additional office tasks as assigned Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, accounting, or office support role Strong communication skills in person and over the phone Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through Comfortable with computers and learning new systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) preferred Team-oriented and dependable Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Team member discounts Wellness programs Opportunities for professional development Why Work at Top Advantage Surfaces?
