Paid Holidays, PTO, Medical & Dental Insurance We are a busy small professional office seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, multitasking, and keeping systems running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls professionally Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Prepare and organize client notebooks and admission folders Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets Perform chart audits and records review Scan, file, and organize electronic and paper records Provide general administrative support to the office team Qualifications Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and digital files Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Professional communication and customer service skills Previous administrative office experience preferred What We're Looking For A team member who is: Reliable and punctual Self-motivated and proactive Comfortable handling confidential information Able to work independently in a small office environment
