Position Introduction:
This role serves as a trusted resource for Facilities Management team members and leaders by providing guidance on performance management, positive discipline, department policies, and employee relations, while advancing strategic human resources and employee engagement initiatives. Guide leadership and employees on matters related to performance management, positive discipline, department policies, and general employee relations guidance. Perform strategic initiatives related to human resources and employee engagement for the department. Work with central Human Resources, Institutional Equity Office and Title IX, and Legal Counsel regarding department employee relations questions or concerns. Manage the department's new hire orientation and coordinate onboarding tasks with new hires, their supervisors, and team. Oversees and facilitates learning and development initiatives which include leadership training, wellness outreach session, for both front-line team members and supervisors. View full job description
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree. 36 months of related experience.
Equivalency/Substitution :
Will accept 48 months of job-related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 84 months of related experience.
