Job Description

Member Services & Administrative Coordinator Position Type:
Full-Time, On-Site Compensation:
$18.00 per hour How to

Submit Resume & Cover Letter to administration@bmla.us Position Summary This is a position that combines financial/administrative support, and Member Services leadership.
Key Responsibilities Member Services:
Serve as Member Services Team Lead providing support for MS staff and residents, including occasional department shift coverage
Finance:
Process member dues, manage accounts receivable, and maintain accurate records
Resale Management :
Prepare, review, and issue legally compliant resale certificates and disclosure packages for real estate transactions.
Fee Collection:
Calculate, collect, and process required capital improvement fees, transfer assessments, and regular member dues during property closings.
Member Registration:
Register new owners within the community database, updating contact profiles, and amenity privileges.
Orientations & Welcome Materials :
Assemble comprehensive welcome folders and conduct brief, informative orientation sessions to review community policies and amenities with new residents.
Office Operations:
Manage phone lines, greet members, maintain digital records, process incoming mail, and assist with general administrative tasks. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or related roles preferred. Experience processing payments, maintaining records, or supporting accounting functions preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional demeanor and commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Ability to maintain confidentiality of member, financial, and business information. Bilingual/ Spanish skills are a plus Benefits Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off (PTO)
