Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role involves managing daily office operations, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the team. Manage databases, project tracking, schedules, and follow-ups. Receive and process product orders, including packaging and shipping. Prepare shipping documents and related paperwork. Enter production and other data into company systems. Respond to customer inquiries and document complaints. Answer phones and coordinate meetings, agendas, and meeting minutes and visitors Prepare reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed. Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders. Assist with travel arrangements and other administrative needs. Maintain professional communication with employees, customers, and other contacts Qualifications Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. Previous administrative, logistics, or office support experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and maintain strong working relationships throughout the company. Bilingual skills are a plus.
